I am a licensed therapist, a certified Iyengar yoga teacher and a mindfulness facilitator. I welcome you to join my yoga classes, mindfulness sessions and workshops, and to explore working together for the support you need.

I have over 20 years of experience with yoga and mindfulness. I teach with the aspiration to offer you tools to develop your own personal practice, and to reflect on how you can take what you learn on your mat or cushion into your life. I hope that through the journey of practicing together, you will have the opportunity to face challenges in your life with a new perspective.
Therapy
Life’s challenges may feel overwhelming at times, and it may not be clear what steps to take next. We can all benefit from the grounded presence of someone who is on our side to have the courage to face what is uncomfortable and to expand our perspective. I am here to work with you as an ally in your journey and in your transformation. As a licensed therapist, my approach to working with you is both compassionate and practical with an underlying belief that, in the moments when difficulty arises, we are presented with a unique opportunity for transformation and growth. I seek to understand the challenges you are facing and support you to move forward and I will work with you to access your inner wisdom.
