Everyday Yoga and Mindfulness | Online Course
I have just launched my first online course! This course is designed to help you learn and take yoga and mindfulness practices into your everyday life for greater ease and wellness! During this 30-day course I will send you a mindfulness practice and a yoga practice every week for 4 weeks, and the guidelines to integrate these practices into your everyday life.
