Restorative Workshop with Forest Bathing
May 9, 2026 | 10 AM – 12 PM
2-hour | in-person
Our morning will begin with a Forest Bathing experience guided by Maura Smotrich in the peaceful natural setting of Lachat Town Farm. Through a gentle, guided walk, participants will receive invitations to slow down, tune into their senses, and deepen their awareness of the surrounding landscape. Following the walk, I will guide a 45-minute restorative yoga session, inviting participants into deeply supportive postures that encourage the body to release tension and settle into rest.
