Build Your Yoga Practice at Home | November 6, 13, 20 and December 4, 11, 18 – 2020
With the weather getting colder and many of us at home, it is a great time to focus on developing a home practice. If you have been wanting to get started with or give a boost to your home yoga practice – join me for this 6- week this series. You will learn the principle actions in a series of yoga poses, I will work with you to establish a sequence for your home practice, and you will feel confident to practice on your own. I will give you feedback during the sessions and provide materials (videos or pdfs) so that you have sequences to follow between our classes. I will provide you with a list of props that would be useful to have – and let you know how to find things you can use around your home. This class series will be limited to 8 students. I am offering a weekly 30-minute mindfulness session on Zoom through the Community Mindfulness Project, beginning on November 10. Everyone is welcome and the sessions are free of charge. Please feel free to contact me for more details.
